How does BCF monitor its members' progress on sustainability?

The BCF Sustainability Policy is voluntary for members of the Federation, and is managed by the BCF through the Coatings Care Programme. The guidance available can be taken forward, by each member to fit in with their business strategies. Through expansion of the Coatings Care framework, sustainability aspects are being incorporated onto the criteria of the annual Coatings Care award. Clear communication from the BCF will be provided and progress by each member will be monitored as part of annual collection of additional indicator figures and site visits for award ‘nominations’.
