BCF's Annual Handbook & Report 2012

The BCF Online Handbook is a resource for the industry containing items that are considered useful, but that are not within scope of other areas of the website. It includes documents compiled by members, for other members' information and use e.g. list of member services that could be accessed for Disaster Contingency Planning. The Online Handbook can be accessed at the bottom of pages; some information is only available to Members and will need log in details to access the documents.
