Training

8th January 2011

Coatings manufacturers compete in a market that requires them to constantly change and update their strategy as well as improve the Knowledge and Skills of all of their people.

Employees as well as employers are responsible for their performance and hence should be encouraged to take an active part in developing their technical knowledge as well as the job skills required to carry out their day to day activities.

The BCF Technical Development programmes (Certificate in Coatings Technology) along with qualifications, tools and services that can help drive change required to facilitate and sustain bottom-line performance improvement at individual, team and organisation level, can be found using the links on the right of this page.

For any other queries, please contact Karen Traies at the BCF in the first instance.

The Coatings Skills Academy (Part of the National Skills Academy) is supported by the British Coatings Federation.  It is the prime source of skills information and the provision of high quality training solutions for the Coatings sector.  For more, download the Coatings Skills Academy brochure
